RMS Territory Manager based in Gepps Cross, AU, responsible for negotiating terms with retailers and determining service levels, coordinating with vendor partners to maximise opportunities, allocating store-level service hours and frequency, training and mentoring merchandisers, partnering with National/State Merchandise teams for insights, assisting with category strategies and range reviews, and negotiating merchandise funding for retailers. Requires FMCG industry experience, strong negotiation and stakeholder-influencing abilities, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, collaboration and excellent relationship-building skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
