Conduct customer contact activities by providing information and guiding service methods. Inform clients about stores, exhibitions, events, and leisure programs. Handle complaints to address requests and forward resolution matters to responsible areas. Announce messages and reports via the sound system, making calls, guiding procedures, selecting music, promoting services, and mediating various contacts. Operate the telephone center by filtering, receiving, and making calls; identify names and subjects, record messages, and provide information to forward them to the competent sector. Requires high school completion, basic Office skills, and a 6x1 schedule. No administrative sanctions in the last six months or prior Riomar employment.
