Job Summary
RME Planner responsible for developing maintenance plans and schedules for material handling equipment, auditing work orders, estimating labor hours and parts, and supporting a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance program. Collaborates with Maintenance management, Maintenance Technicians, Control Systems Technicians and Operations teams to schedule proactive maintenance during downtime, measure facility PI metrics, maintain equipment metadata and WO data, manage personnel setup and shifts, and drive EF tasks like PM routes, spare parts metadata, and cycle counts. Travel up to 15%; requires high school diploma and 2+ years in facilities/maintenance planning, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CMMS like EAM; on-site role in Hagerstown, MD, with no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities
- 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Including Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
