Job Summary
RME Planner within JLL’s Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team focused on maximizing uptime of material handling equipment. Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive and predictive maintenance data and KPIs; screen EAM work orders, audit equipment, estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for WOs to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance program. Collaborate with Maintenance management, Maintenance Technicians, Control Systems Technicians and Operations to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance during available downtime. Maintain equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial, system structure) in EAM/Oracle; manage Work Order data (Users, Shifts, Crews, Supervisors); add equipment to PM plans, define due dates, and maintain PM routes and work packages. Support KPI reporting, data interpretation, and recommendations; drive spare parts metadata and materials management, including requisitions/POs; contribute to 5S and parts quality improvement. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities
- 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Including Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Travel up to 15% is required
Desired Qualifications
- 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years’ experience working with enterprise software and an understanding of standard work process
- Project management experience
- 4+ years’ working experience working with enterprise asset management software suite
- Infor EAM ASE is highly desired
- 2+ years’ data analysis experience in the facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization
- Experience planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
