Job Summary
RME Planner responsible for overseeing asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM at client site. Duties include measuring and publishing facility PI metrics, maintaining equipment and work order metadata, defining PM plans, schedules and routes, managing spare parts data and procurement flow (requisitions/receipts), supporting scheduling and assignment of work, and driving data-driven improvements. Requires formal IT/engineering-related education (2-year Associate or higher) and 1-3+ years in maintenance/ERP environments; familiarity with Infor EAM/CMMS, data analysis, end-user training, and strong cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent, but not required
- 1-3+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment
- 4+ years’ working experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE highly desired)
- Experience with data analysis in facilities maintenance (asset management and spare part optimization)
- User training experience desired
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or commensurate professional experience (optional)
- Flexibility with hours including holidays
