RMA Technician

Job Summary
Test and troubleshoot returned valves and actuators, then generate comprehensive evaluation reports and maintain accurate records for all RMA cases. Process credits for failed parts or assemblies per company policy while operating a forklift safely. Determine warranty status for each item based on testing results. This role requires a high school diploma or GED with five years of equivalent experience, US work authorization, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with relational databases and basic wiring diagrams is essential. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Permanent work authorization for the USA
- Ability to read basic electric/electronic wiring diagrams
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with relational database programs for tracking and processing field returns
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or less periodically
- Employment contingent upon a successful background screening
- Compliance with federal requirements, including drug testing for controlled substances under the federal Controlled Substances Act
