Job Summary
RMA Specialist responsible for testing returned equipment, managing the return process, and tracking company assets. Key duties include electrical testing to diagnose issues, documenting findings, coordinating with vendors and customers to manage RMAs, maintaining accurate asset inventory, conducting periodic audits, and preparing detailed Excel-based reports for management. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to lift heavy equipment, and compliance with safety and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in equipment testing, electrical testing, asset tracking, or related fields
- Familiarity with RMA processes and inventory management systems
- Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check
