RMA Specialist

Job Summary
RMA Specialist will carry out daily Return Material Authorization (RMA) operations across all pods in the Philippines, ensuring smooth execution of processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely resolution of customer returns. Responsibilities include responding to RMA inquiries, driving end-to-end RMA operations, ensuring policy compliance, collaborating with FA/CFA, repair, and rework teams, tracking metrics (turnaround time, backlog, quality performance), identifying process gaps, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams for timely movement of units. The role requires strong operational excellence, communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Jira experience a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RMA or similar operations
- Strong understanding of RMA processes, including FA, CFA, repair, and rework
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with Jira or similar workflow tools is a plus
