Job Summary
RMA Coordinator responsible for end-to-end returns processing, including authorization, receipt, inspection, and disposition in alignment with company policies. Interfaces with Customer Service, Quality, Production, Warehouse, and Finance to drive root-cause visibility and reduce repeat returns. Maintains accurate RMA records, manages ERP/CRM entries, coordinates inbound logistics, performs defect data documentation, supports CAPA activities, and delivers regular reports on trends, defect data, and cost of returns. Ensures compliance with safety, EHS, and regulatory requirements and provides primary customer updates on RMA status and approvals.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in returns, customer service, supply chain, or quality in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Syteline/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/NetSuite)
- CRM/ticketing experience
- Excel proficiency
- Working knowledge of MRB, RTV, CAPA, and defect classification
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
