RMA Clinic

Welcome and room patients, take vitals, and prep charts to ensure smooth visits. Assist the physician with minor procedures, injections, immunizations, and EKGs while handling clinical phone calls and paperwork as directed. Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional communication with patients and coworkers throughout the day. Use the EMR daily to document care accurately. Support the whole team by pitching in where needed to keep workflows and patient experience strong. This role requires a Certified Medical Assistant diploma, with CMA candidates eligible for Registered status within 90 days of hire. Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records is required.
