RMA and Delivery Projects Manager

Job Summary
RMA and Project Manager responsible for end-to-end RMA processing, ensuring timely processing of product returns, repairs, and replacements, and delivering exceptional customer service. Coordinates internal resources and third parties to meet SLA, defines and implements internal RMA processes (DS, Engineering and operations), and collaborates with Global Services QA and operations. Manages status/progress reports and escalated red flags to management, oversees logistics relationships with customers and stakeholders, and monitors KPIs related to RMA processing times, customer satisfaction, and quality standards. Drives the contract lifecycle by optimizing customer accounts, collaborates with sales for growth opportunities, and ensures seamless service continuity and revenue stability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a customer/delivery project manager in similar positions and companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with ERP system (NetSuite)
- Experience in multidisciplinary systems (HW & SW)
- Ability to influence and lead internal & external stakeholders without authority
- Excellent familiarity with international logistics and import/export processes
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
