Job Summary
RLT Engineering Lead at Huningue oversees establishing and enhancing engineering processes for buildings, equipment, utilities and energy at the Radio Ligand Therapy facility, including commissioning, qualification and calibration of rooms/equipment; plans and executes CAPEX projects with site Master Plan forecasting volumes and expenses; recruits and develops a high-performing team; ensures regulatory compliance and safety performance; leads external teams to meet expansion milestones; implements a Computerized Maintenance Management System for cost-effective maintenance and ensures 100% On-Time-In-Full deliveries with supply chain; requires an engineering/science degree, 8+ years in pharma/biotech, CAPEX/project management skills, and fluency in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering/Scientific degree
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical/biotech environment
- CAPEX and project managements skills
- Solid people management skills
