RLT Engineering Lead

RLT Engineering Lead at Novartis in Huningue, France. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving engineering processes for buildings, equipment, utilities and energy of the Radio Ligand Therapy facility, including commissioning, qualification and calibration of equipment. Leads CAPEX project planning and execution with site Master Plan forecasting 5 years of volumes and expenses. Recruits, trains, and develops high-performing engineers; ensures regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence. Oversees commissioning and qualification of rooms and equipment, drives engineering projects with external teams to meet expansion milestones, and implements a Computerized Maintenance Management System to enable cost-effective repair and calibration. Collaborates with supply chain to plan production and deliver 100% On-Time-In-Full deliveries; manages capital budgets and project portfolios post-operations. Requires engineering/scientific degree, 8+ years in pharma/biotech, CAPEX and project management skills, strong people management, and fluency in English and French.
