Job Summary
Provide personal care, companionship, and dining support for residents across independent living, personal care, and dementia neighborhoods. Assist with daily activities, mobility, and hygiene while maintaining a team environment focused on resident well-being. Work 12-hour shifts (6:00 am–6:00 pm or 6:00 pm–6:00 am) in a three-on-one-off rotation, with a requirement to work end-of-week and end-of-month hours. Starting at $16 plus/hour, with potential increases after training and evaluation. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior Experience working with Seniors / Dementia Residents
- Must be able to work EOW/EOH
- Willing to work as part of a great team
