Job Summary
Deliver American Heart Association and American Red Cross CPR and BLS training sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and evaluating student performance to ensure certification requirements are met. Prepare lesson plans, provide clear feedback throughout courses, and manage personal training equipment including at least three manikin sets. Work primarily on weekends with preferred weekday availability at scheduled locations in Riverside, CA, or client sites such as schools and community centers. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience and equipment availability. Valid instructor certification is required, with AHA or ARC credentials preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CPR/BLS Instructor Certification

- Strong knowledge of CPR and AED procedures
- Clear communication and teaching skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively

- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and transport training equipment up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to physically demonstrate proper CPR and AED skills during class
