Job Summary

Deliver individual and family psychotherapy to pediatric clients and young adults, conducting thorough assessments and developing adaptive treatment goals. Provide parent coaching and behavior support while collaborating with schools, psychiatrists, and outside providers. Maintain clear communication with families and referral sources, attending IEP meetings as needed. Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and supervision to contribute to the clinical community. Carry a caseload of 15–25 contact hours weekly with availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice in Illinois: LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Psy.D.
  • Experience with pediatric clients (18 months to young adult)
  • Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties, ADHD, self-injury, and behavioral challenges
  • A trauma-informed, systemic lens
  • An anti-racist, anti-oppressive clinical framework
  • Availability for evenings and a weekend shift
