Job Summary
Store Manager at Rituals with full ownership of daily store leadership in Budapest. Collaborates with Area Manager to drive sales and KPI growth, develops monthly plans based on efficiency goals, and ensures excellent operations including cash handling, attendance, inventory workflows, health and safety compliance, and store maintenance. Tracks budgets and financial performance, oversees merchandise flow, cleanliness, and overall store presentation. Supports team wellbeing and engagement through regular one-on-one conversations, authentic relationships, celebrating successes, identifying development opportunities, and fostering shared learning. The role requires energizing leadership, coaching others, and mentoring the team to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer experience. English proficiency is required for confident communication. At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager is expected, along with strong people skills, experience in knowledge sharing and staff development, decisive problem-solving, and the ability to inspire and lead a team with a customer-centric mindset.
