Job Summary
Collaborate with the Area Manager to increase sales and achieve KPI targets while developing monthly productivity plans and schedules. Ensure high-quality customer service, efficient team operations, and daily store management. Recruit, hire, and develop talent while conducting one-on-one meetings to foster employee well-being and engagement. Organize team integration events, celebrate successes, and lead coaching efforts to help staff reach their full potential. Requires at least two years of retail store management experience with proven leadership skills in communication and motivation.
Required Qualifications
