Job Summary
Store Manager at Rituals responsible for leading the store team to deliver customer experiences and achieve business goals. Collaborates with the Area Manager to drive sales and KPI achievement; develops monthly productivity-based plans and schedules; ensures high-quality customer service, effective teamwork, and operational efficiency daily; trains and develops the team, sharing knowledge to unlock full potential; recruits, hires, and nurtures talented staff; maintains team engagement through regular 1-on-1 meetings and team-building activities; organizes events to celebrate successes and discuss development opportunities. The role emphasizes leadership, people-development, exceptional customer care, and the ability to make autonomous decisions to support store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Manager in a retail environment
- Proven people-management skills (communication, motivation, coaching, relationship-building, inspiring)
- Strong customer service orientation and mentoring/knowledge-sharing to develop others
- Independent, organized, decisive, and capable of solving problems
