Job Summary
Retail Area Manager responsible for regional sales growth and achieving business targets while maintaining Rituals brand standards. Collaborates with store managers to meet KPI targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Drives store performance by addressing daily challenges, coaching and mentoring teams, and supporting local B2B initiatives to raise brand awareness and accelerate sales. Demonstrates leadership to motivate teams, communicates effectively across functions, and thrives in a dynamic environment with frequent travel across the Warszawa/Łódź region. Fluent Polish and English expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in retail
- experience managing KPIs and ensuring operational compliance in stores
- strong leadership and ability to coach and develop store teams
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments
- willingness to travel frequently (business travel)
- driving license category B
- university degree (wyższe)
