Provide high-quality customer service using the "water Island" concept, train and develop team members to reach their full potential, and actively participate in recruitment and hiring. Support the Store Manager in building a trust-based culture through constructive feedback, maintain operational efficiency, and be prepared to step in and assume full Store Manager responsibility when needed. Required Qualifications
- Assistant Store Manager experience in retail or similar role with team management responsibilities
- Proven people management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, networking, inspiring)

- Willingness to serve as a mentor, sharing knowledge and setting a good example
- Independence and organization
- Decision-making skills
