Job Summary
Deliver high-quality customer service utilizing the "water Island" concept while managing team operations and training staff to reach their full potential. Support the Store Manager in building a trust-based culture through constructive feedback, actively participate in recruitment, and step in to lead the store when necessary. Maintain daily efficiency and foster a positive atmosphere where both employees and clients feel exceptional.
Required Qualifications
- Assistant Store Manager experience in retail or similar role with team management responsibilities
- Proven people management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, networking, inspiring)
- Ability to consciously appreciate the importance of excellent customer service
- Willingness to serve as a mentor, sharing knowledge and setting a good example
- Independence and organization
- Decision-making skills
