Job Summary
Rituals Advisor in Łódź (part-time, weekend-focused) responsible for creating memorable customer experiences using the “water island,” giving personalized product recommendations, actively selling and supporting the team to hit sales targets, maintaining salon aesthetics and safety, and collaborating closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve goals. The role requires prior experience in retail or gastronomy sales, strong customer focus, teamwork, and organizational skills.
