Rito Machine Operator

Operate Rito machines, clean and monitor equipment, and stabilize bran sent to Stuttgart for oil extraction. Take samples, check collets for fines and moisture, and record daily data. Set dryer temperatures and moisture settings on expanders to ensure quality collets daily. Clean out fines from the dryer, monitor plant temperatures, and manage boiler operations including starting boilers, switching steam, and mixing chemicals. Start and shut down expanders and the entire plant as needed. Observe persons entering the work area, report unauthorized individuals, and attend required training. Maintain food safety by following policies and wear PPE. Work the 1st shift (7am–7pm) on a four days on, four days off schedule at the Jonesboro, AR plant.
