Job Summary
Act as the Risk Operations SME for complex, high-risk, and sensitive cases, serving as the primary escalation point for consistent risk-based decisions. Review and enhance risk policies, procedures, and operational frameworks while analyzing emerging risks, customer activity, and operational trends to provide recommendations. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains, and mentor analysts and team leaders through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Payments, Data, and Customer Operations teams to maintain accurate documentation and support training, onboarding, and continuous development programs. Produce and analyze risk reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement within Playtech's new Brazilian Managed Services team.
Required Qualifications
- Are fluent in English
- Are a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker
- Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field
- Possess strong decision-making and communication skills
- Are a team player with leadership skills
