Job Summary
Supply Chain Compliance Risk Specialist at Mattel: identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain compliance risks across Worldwide Operations and the global supply base; analyze risk data from internal systems, third-party providers, and assessments to identify trends, assess impacts, and evaluate control effectiveness; develop and manage SOPs, reporting frameworks, KRIs, and dashboards; collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party risk vendors to enhance the GRC program and drive measurable process improvements; prepare insights for Mattel's executive leadership and support risk-mitigation initiatives across the supply chain; emphasize data-driven analysis, regulatory interpretation, and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC), Audit, Supply Chain Management, or related field focusing on compliance, operational risk, or third-party risk management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Tableau for data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level management
- Experience presenting risk and compliance information clearly and concisely
