Job Summary
Risk Specialist for ITRO overseeing technology, data, cyber, and AI risk; drives governance and risk management aligned to CSC Enterprise Risk Management Framework; supports GRC tool migration across ITRO, Risk & Compliance, and Enterprise Technology; facilitates initial risk assessments for in-house and third-party applications, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops policy/standards/templates to embed risk identification, evaluation, monitoring and reporting; collaborates with Enterprise Security and BU Technology teams to record, track, and remediate risks in CSC’s global GRC tool; drives policy enhancements and risk-management automation; requires strong communication across management levels and a proactive, self-starting approach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Security and/or Technology Risk management within financial services ideally within regulated environments.
- Relevant certification(s) Ideal e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC or CISA
- Knowledge of GRC tooling (Diligent One platform preferred)
- Experience with industry frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, ISO27001, NIST
- Hands-on experience in targeted and thematic risk management deep dives
- Experience in using and implementing solutions with AI tools such as Claude Code / Github Copilot is an advantage
