Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager

Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and analytics solutions using Power BI and other business intelligence tools. Translate stakeholder needs into clear, scalable, and actionable reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making. Analyze business performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and process improvements, then automate recurring reports to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all outputs are validated, tested, and audit-ready while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights. Work independently as a hands-on individual contributor to evolve modern reporting capabilities, including AI-enabled analytics and predictive insights, ensuring consistent governance and data integrity across enterprise risk and business reporting needs.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions
- Advanced analytics and data visualization experience
- Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting expertise
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, refine business questions, and translate needs into analytical solutions
- Ability to analyze business performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations that influence decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business, technology, risk, compliance, and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to drive metrics, reporting insights, and business process improvements
- Experience ensuring data accuracy and quality through validation, reconciliation, testing, QA, and documentation
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to build scalable, repeatable, and reliable reporting processes
- Comfort operating independently in a hands-on individual contributor role while influencing outcomes across teams
- This is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in office requirement (Sandy Springs/Atlanta)
- Applicants for this position need to be located in posted location or their immediate surrounding areas
- Finastra will not be considering any applicants who currently reside in New York City or California
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau or other analytics and visualization tools is helpful
- Experience with business intelligence, reporting automation, AI-enabled reporting, or advanced analytics initiatives is preferred
- Risk analytics, risk management, compliance, fintech, financial services, or regulated-industry experience is a plus
- Experience with KPI framework design, performance measurement methodologies, predictive analytics, or reporting governance is helpful
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
