Risk Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Communicate and manage logistics with colleagues and financing partners to resolve project-level issues, while conducting installer-level quality assurance through initial vetting and ongoing monitoring. Triage internal fraud notifications, track cases to aid resolution, and execute methods to flag installer risk metrics including customer complaints. Assist in developing new operational processes, ensure risk documentation is accessible to stakeholders, and deliver ad-hoc reporting to internal and external audiences. This hybrid role involves two days per week from the Boston office, reporting to the Manager of Risk Operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working with cross functional teams
- Meticulous attention to detail with a dedication to always getting it right
- Ability to establish priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tact, confidence and diplomacy when discussing challenging topics
- A process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing processes
- Positive can-do attitude
- Hybrid work schedule working two days per week from Boston office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based software (Salesforce, Google Docs) a plus
- Interest in solar/sustainability a plus
