Job Summary
Review appeal cases and high-risk flagged transactions via CMS, matching proof documents and evaluating user behavior to determine fraud potential or release users from blacklists. Perform manual pending reviews on held transactions and handle chargeback representment cases, ensuring all documents are gathered correctly and matched to chargeback reasons. Conduct user analysis and trend analysis to support fraud strategy, while adhering to updated SOPs for accurate case checks and SLA compliance. Protect the ecosystem by enforcing TOS and policies across a global user base, requiring rapid adaptation to evolving business lines and fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance relevant with Fraud, Chargeback and Appeal
- fraud manual review experience (at least 1-3 years)
- ability to catch up start up fast-paced environment
- working mindset on thinking out of the box
- understand payment chain where included CCDC, PAYPAL, E-wallet and so on
- understand fraud trend and fraud chargeback
- experience of handling such scenario
- "moving forward" and "never stop learning" spirit
- learn fast and think fast
- complete cases from targeted SLA
- standard level of x% accuracy rate
- learn and adapt changes fast
- understand the business model of every business line

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual
- Fraud Manual Review, User Appeal and Trend Analysis operations experience
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Knowledge Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus
- Experience in Payment services and Fraud and Risk Operations
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- candidates with chargeback handling experience
