Risk Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Risk Operations Analyst responsible for investigating merchant-related risk alerts, reviewing and deciding on merchant requests for activating features and channels, updating transaction privileges, and responding to risk-related queries from merchants and internal/external stakeholders. Independently apply risk management principles, own tasks end-to-end, and craft recommendations to senior stakeholders using risk protocols and SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor merchant performance, identify high-risk merchants, and take mitigating actions to reduce fraud and chargeback exposure. Requires strong communication in English and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders; SQL/Looker/Databricks/Splunk skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, fraud investigations, or fraud-related operations
- Bachelor’s degree
