Job Summary
Risk Operations Analyst for Greater China (Mandarin-speaking) at Stripe. Conduct onboarding risk reviews and periodic investigations focused on fraud, policy, and compliance for Greater China users. Lead cross-functional projects to improve risk processes, identify gaps in systems and strategies, and scale investigations and support. Collaborate with go-to-market, risk, product, and operations to mitigate financial and ecosystem risk. Requires at least 4 years in complex risk investigations, 1 year leading risk-related initiatives, data-driven problem-solving, and fluent Mandarin in written and spoken form.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience conducting complex risk investigations
- Minimum of 1 year experience leading risk-related projects or initiatives
- Experience using data to propose solutions to tactical and strategic problems
- Professional fluency in written and verbal Mandarin
- Experience in ecommerce or payments (preferred)
- Experience designing risk/workflows, analyst tooling, and processes/procedural workflows (preferred)
- Strong SQL proficiency to analyze data and create dashboards (preferred)
