Risk Officer

Map and monitor risks across market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, and technology domains by building the risk framework, defining key risk indicators, and producing regular reports to the Head of Finance and regulators. Contribute to the risk review of new operational schemes and regulated activity, including the computation of "K factors" as the balance sheet grows, while supporting relationships with external partners on risk-control matters. Develop and document risk management policies, participate in risk committees, and train teams on risk topics. Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Product, and Tech teams to shape risk approaches for on-chain infrastructure. Report to the Head of Finance with autonomy in shaping Spiko's risk function as it expands across Europe.
