Job Summary
Oversee the risk management framework and governance system for the Nordic and Netherlands clusters, ensuring alignment with AIG risk policies. Collaborate with business functions including underwriting, finance, and actuarial to provide insight and assurance, while supporting senior management in identifying and managing risk events. Adapt the ERM risk management plan, drive ORSA activities, and facilitate risk register development. Ensure regular reporting to stakeholders and committees, and provide training to foster a risk culture aligned with organizational standards. Serve as the primary contact for Corporate Functions, coordinating with local risk officers and supporting centralized resource planning.
Required Qualifications
- Senior track record in Risk Management, Actuarial Science or Quantitative Risk Management from the insurance or the financial industry
- Good understanding of European Solvency II and other relevant regulatory regimes
- Fluent in English and another Nordic language
- Relevant University degree
- Many years of experience in a similar position
- preferably from the insurance or financial industry
