RISK OFFICER (F/M/D)

Job Summary
Contribute to the Group ERM framework growth and implementation; identify, assess, and monitor risk development in the assigned business area; prepare periodic management and oversight risk reports and present to governance bodies; work with various ERM practices and perform deep-dive assessments; help embed value-adding risk management practices into business activities. Requires a university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field, ~5 years of risk-management experience, fluency in English and Lithuanian, and strong analytical skills; proficient with MS Office and PowerBI; hybrid work model (3+2) in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
- ~5 years of experience in risk management and knowledge of risk framework components
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (verbal and written)
- Experience of executive presentation
- Proficient in MS Office; PowerBI or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Responsible, collaborative, result-oriented, proactive, and with growth mindset
