Job Summary
Lead workshops and risk meetings to identify, assess, and prioritize project risks while guiding teams in developing effective mitigation strategies. Partner with risk owners and project teams to build, monitor, and refine treatment plans that align with project goals. Maintain comprehensive risk registers using the designated database and perform schedule and cost risk modeling to establish confidence levels. Deliver actionable risk reports tailored to project needs and collaborate with scheduling and cost control teams to embed risk management into broader project controls. Champion a culture of risk awareness and resilience across project teams. This role supports the Risk Management team's proactive approach to infrastructure initiatives in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in project management or project controls within civil infrastructure or construction
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement with clarity and confidence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex project challenges
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related analytical discipline—or equivalent experience
