Job Summary
Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety. Oversee facility-wide risk assessments and incident reporting processes while supporting investigations into abuse allegations. Lead staff training programs on prevention protocols and regularly review policies to align with state and federal standards. Analyze incident trends to develop proactive reduction strategies and collaborate with nursing leadership to enhance quality improvement efforts. This role supports the Administrator and Director of Nursing at Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Onenonta, Alabama, within a team dedicated to compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Long Term Care Management
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to resident safety, incident reporting, and abuse prevention
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide staff education and policy implementation
