Job Summary
Lead Risk Management and Quality Assurance in a skilled nursing facility with an RN license. Responsible for overseeing QAPI initiatives, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and staff education. Coordinates and supports survey readiness and audits, collaborates with leadership to improve clinical outcomes, and provides risk management education to staff, including orientation and ongoing training. On-call for risk questions and concerns; develops internal QA/I programs and supports risk reduction efforts across resident care, clinical practice, and safety domains.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license
- LTC / SNF experience
- Experience in QA, staff development, infection control, or compliance preferred
