Job Summary
Manage and operate the daily people leadership and quality control assessment team. Disseminate Enterprise Control Standard requirements across business areas and oversee quality control processes, methodologies, and performance metrics. Serve as a key participant in Well Managed and tester training programs, developing and evolving the Card program training to ensure compliance. Engage in Card and Divisional activities to drive career growth, while building relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the risk management environment. Lead the Quality Control Testing Program to further the Well Managed transformation and strengthen the control ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Risk Management, Process Management, or Project Management experience
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- At least 2 years of change management experience in process improvement and transformation
- At least 3 years of experience in process management leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
- At least 3 years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance software tools
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree
- Process Management Certification - LEAN, Six Sigma
- Risk Management certification
- 5+ years of experience in Risk event & issue management and control management
- 4+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance software tools
- 3+ years of experience working in the financial services industry
- 5+ years of experience in process management leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
- 5+ years of experience in responding to and interacting with internal audit or regulatory agencies
