Job Summary
Provide guidance on identifying, quantifying, and mitigating project risks for a major public realm development in Diriyah. Interface with clients, attend meetings, and deliver statistical reports on risk levels and schedule slippages. Assess design and construction changes, coordinate risk activities, and oversee the customization of the project risks register. Maintain the hierarchy of plans and schedules while keeping management informed. Participate in business development by gathering background data and making presentations. Requires 15+ years of experience, engineering knowledge, and proficiency in project controls software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
- 15+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience
- Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field
- Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices is required
- Incumbent must meet Parsons Project Controls Manager Certification requirements
