Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Firm’s New Product Launch Process (NPLP) program within Enterprise Risk Management, providing end-to-end governance, execution, and risk assessment for new initiatives. Partner with Lines of Business, support and control functions to ensure initiatives are thoroughly evaluated, risks addressed, and decisions escalated with transparency to senior management and oversight committees. Drive governance through leading working groups, managing NPLP Committee activities, and delivering clear materials for leadership review. Maintain program reporting, track post-approval conditions, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of the NPLP and broader ERM program. Maintain strong connectivity with business activity and pipeline developments to proactively identify and assess emerging initiatives, and administer core program tasks such as the master NPLP tracker and meeting materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in financial services, risk management, or governance-related roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly
- Highly organized with strong program management capabilities and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive outcomes across diverse teams
