Risk Manager, Insurance Programs

Job Summary
Oversee and implement all aspects of BAYADA Home Health Care and managed entities insurance programs, including the selection, procurement, and renewal of cost-effective coverage. Analyze claim trends and collaborate with business leads to develop risk mitigation strategies, safety programs, and loss prevention measures. Manage data for actuarial audits, process carrier invoices, and ensure accuracy of claims coding and OSHA compliance logs. Produce analytical reports on claim trends and partner with stakeholders to assess gaps in loss prevention materials.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) year college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years of related risk management, insurance policy management, and/or insurance/brokerage experience and/or training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and risk assessment tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse levels, skill sets and functions
- Team Oriented
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports
Desired Qualifications
- ARM, CPCU, and/or Property & Casualty Broker license preferred
