Job Summary
Conduct time and cost impact evaluations and support project lead analysis for large-scale commercial projects. Interview stakeholders, assemble and review pertinent project documentation, and identify additional information needed for analysis. Assist with deliverables and attend work during normal business hours. This role joins the planning and scheduling team at Cumming Group, a top-ranked project and cost management consultancy, to help avoid costly surprises through proven scheduling and project controls.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with basic project documentation
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management and controls
- Utilize effective written and oral communication skills
- Understand how your role contributes to the organization's goals

- BA/BS in Civil/Structure/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, finance, law or related field
- 5+ years in construction industry
