Job Summary
Lead enterprise risk management for landscape construction operations, identifying, evaluating and mitigating operational, safety, environmental, legal, and financial risks. Oversee insurance programs (general liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, property), OCIP claims, and incident investigations. Supervise Safety Officers, develop risk mitigation strategies, ensure OSHA compliance, deliver safety and risk management training, prepare risk reports and dashboards, and collaborate with Operations, HR, and Project Management to embed risk and safety into daily operations. Drive policy development and the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Risk Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in risk management within construction/landscape construction or related industries
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety requirements
- Professional certifications such as CRM, CPCU, CSP or equivalent strongly preferred
