Risk Manager

Risk Manager to report to the Chief Legal Officer, responsible for developing and overseeing an enterprise-wide risk management strategy and policies, claims management, document control, health and safety, workers’ compensation, training, and communication for programs. Will partner with stakeholders to establish standards, processes, and best practices; coordinate workers’ compensation claims; manage insurance procurement and renewals; oversee claims resolution; provide risk mitigation guidance; serve as primary liaison with carriers, brokers, and counsel; ensure contractual risk transfer and compliance; collaborate with Finance on budgeting; coordinate loss control and site visits; manage the lifecycle of claims and litigation; monitor safety across Athletics facilities; review contracts for insurance provisions; and support incident reporting and risk mitigation across operations.
