Job Summary
Lead the delivery of the risk management process, roadmap, and Target Operating Model (TOM) for a Defence infrastructure programme. Facilitate monthly risk reviews, workshops, and maintain risk registers and dashboards while supporting Quantitative Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis and quarterly reporting. Manage project assumptions, the Master Data & Assumptions List, and mitigation plans to ensure risk actions are delivered. Collaborate with project leads, suppliers, and partners to manage risks, avoid duplication, and drive delivery, while monitoring supply chain performance and flagging emerging issues. Ensure compliance with client processes and infrastructure requirements. Requires SC Clearance for client site access three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- SC Clearance held and available to work on client site 3 days/week
- Strong knowledge of risk processes and management
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and see the bigger risk picture
- Experience in infrastructure risk analysis
- Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient IT skills
