Risk Manager

Manage event and claim investigations, management, and litigation across all coverage lines. Serve on the hospital and ministry event reporting core teams and Serious Event Review teams. Evaluate risk management functions using data capture, follow-up, and trend analysis to present findings to committees regarding patient injuries and near misses. Assist with developing initiatives, policies, and procedures for associate and medical staff education, including the Provider Associate Care Team program. Support responses to product recalls, safety alerts, and adverse event reporting. Full-time day shift at St Thomas Midtown Hospital.
