Job Summary
Lead the operational risk team by mentoring staff, designing mitigation processes, and auditing workflows to close security loopholes. Serve as the primary Risk liaison to Sales, building trust and educating reps on fraud prevention protocols while managing ticket KPIs for response times and resolution accuracy. Own advanced theft and fraud prevention strategies, including monitoring for fictitious pickups and coordinating law enforcement partnerships for stolen freight recovery. Oversee the High-Value, High-Risk program by enforcing carrier vetting and insurance compliance. Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Finance to integrate risk protocols into daily workflows. This role requires a proactive leader with 6+ years in supply chain risk management to protect Arrive's operations without halting business velocity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain risk management
- exposure to fraud and theft prevention within the transportation or logistics industry
