Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the Credit Risk Management function's policy team to oversee system and local credit risk initiatives, balancing the protection of the Reserve Bank against credit risk while providing liquidity to depository institutions. Direct oversight of 4-6 staff members, including establishing unit objectives, managing workflows, and conducting performance management for professional staff. Evaluate and implement new system and Reserve Bank policies, prepare insights on policy proposals, and propose topics for the Credit and Risk Management Committee. Perform financial and business analyses to identify emerging market trends, assess potential impacts on credit risk, and communicate associated risks to stakeholders. Maximize department effectiveness by designing transitional assignments, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and promoting effective communication among staff and management.

- Eligible to be placed in any one of a range of positions within the job family, including Risk Manager 2 and Risk Manager 3
Desired Qualifications
