Job Summary
Senior Officer in TS Payments Risk at JPMorgan Chase focusing on risk assessments and governance for TS Payments Products. Partners with bankers, credit officers, legal, operations, and service teams to cover risk events such as downgrades and deterioration, develops mitigation actions, and prepares updates for management. Will conduct deep-dive risk assessments, analyze data to inform portfolio reporting, stay current on industry and regulatory changes, and contribute to policy/procedure development and risk-technology initiatives. Drives daily deliverables and participates in medium- and long-term projects including working groups and risk-technology agenda.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in Credit or translatable risk disciplines
- Ability to operate in a time-sensitive environment and multi-task
- Qualitative and quantitative knowledge of TS Credit Risk management
- Ability to work autonomously and make real-time decisions using data and critical thinking
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn and use technology platforms including credit systems, ICRD, CRRT and other risk reporting tools
- Ability to build productive relationships across lines of business in a large matrixed organization
- Strong control mindset and partnership skills
